Reviews for Moonraker
Review - Moonraker
Hard to believe that an entire country would fall under the spell of a obnoxious bore with no past, but otherwise, it was a fun read.

| Notes: | Moonraker, Britain's new ICBM-based national defense system, is ready for testing, but something's not quite right. At M's request, Bond begins investigating Sir Hugo Drax, the head of the Moonraker project, when he gets caught cheating at cards. Bond becomes head of security at the launch site where he teams up with the beautiful Gala Brand. It is she who figures out that Drax is a Nazi who plans on using the rocket to deliver an atomic bomb to London. Together, Bond and Brand reprogram the rocket to land in the ocean where Drax's submarine just happens to be. |
