Review - Queen's Play

Francis Crawford goes underground in France to protect the young Mary, Queen of Scots. A complex, fascinating book with many levels of action. It was a bit easier to understand than the first onein the series because the author has limited the quotes from obscure 16th-century literature. The book demands attention, but I heartily recommend it for a time when you want to escape into a book.
