My friend and I drove down to Wrigley Field. We got to see Dwight Gooden pitch, but the game was very dull. There was an hour-long rain delay during which I toured the park. I wandered corner to corner in the last row of the upper deck. I also tried to get an ivy leaf, but couldn’t reach one. I had to settle for a chip of paint from the left-field foul pole. The Cubs lost 7-1.
