On Friday, we didn’t have to be in the booth until 10:00. My coworkers and I got up before dawn and walked the mile or so to the Mississippi River, arriving just as the sun did.
We walked across the Mississippi River on the Stone Arch Bridge. We only went about 30 feet on the other side.
