Morning Thoughts

Over the Christmas break, 12 family members stayed at our home. On the morning after Christmas, I got downstairs early and was sitting at the kitchen table by myself when my nephew, who is 6, wandered in.

I said, “Good morning!.”

He paused a moment, then came up close to me and in a conspiratorial whisper said “A single teaspoon of cobra venom can kill a million people.”
