Description:Freddie Jones (Betty Grable) is a dance hall girl who knows how to shoot. When her man Blackie (Cesar Romero) is caught with another woman, Freddie tries to shoot him. Instead, she hits Judge O'Toole in the behind—twice. She runs away with her friend Conchita. She's mistaken for a schoolteacher and soon finds herself courted by the owner of a gold mine. Blackie shows up looking for her, but the townsfolk try to hang him. When Freddie shoots the rope, she gives away her identity. She's taken back and tried by the judge she shot. The movie ends with her in an argument with Blackie in which the judge gets shot in the butt again.
