Review - As Long as They're Happy
Nothing appealing about this one — just silly nonsense from end to end. Even Janette Scott (17 here) can't save this one.

| Description: | Teenager Gwen (Janette Scott) pretends to be the secretary of a producer and invites popular singer Bobby Denver to her suburban London house. Her father, John, is a stogy stockbroker. His wife, Stella, used to be an actress. They have two other daughters, both with unemployed husbands. John is upset that all the women in his house are crazy about Bobby. He goes to see a psychiatrist who recommends all sorts of stilly schemes to get the women to change their minds. When nothing works, he suggests John pretend to have a girlfriend, so he invites Pearl (Diana Dors) over with her friends for a party. In the end, the women get their heads on straight, the unemployed husbands get jobs, John learns to relax, and Gwen contants another singer. |
