Terra Studios

I discovered this place online while searching for things to do on the inevitable rainy day during our camping trip. I mentioned it to my wife and she was on board immediately. Our friends and my niece are generally up for any adventure-type thing, and so we went.

It’s an art studio that specializes in whimsical sculptures. It’s most famous for the Bluebird of Happiness, but there are lots of other things there, inside the studio and on the grounds.

Even the booths in the cafeteria were artistic. The food … not so much.

If we had any sort of pond in our yard, I may have been tempted to buy one of these.

This nose-picking troll was sitting on a stump. I moved him to the chair. He never took his finger out of his nose.

The dragon. It was all a bit weird, but I can’t deny that it was creative.
