When I found the rock with the hole in it, I knew I had to use it for a stack. I carried it around in my coat pocket for a couple days until I found a pile of rocks along the prairie near my house.
Unlike most of my stacks, I didn't leave this one there when I was done. I had to carry the rocks out into the field to make the stack, and when I took my photos, I carried them back to where I found them — except for the top one. It's hanging on a hook in my garage.
That stack makes me feel like it’s watching me.
