I was standing on one of the four docks near our cabin watching the sun rise when I spotted a Muskrat swimming along the shore. It rounded a point and I lost sight of it, but a couple minutes later I saw it again swimming right towards me. It disappeared under the dock I was standing on, and I didn’t see it again.
About 10 minutes later we were sitting on the couch in the cabin when we spotted a Mink walking across the deck not 15 feet way. I grabbed my camera just a few seconds too late.
